Cousin Lleyton's Christening

was a few weeks ago. I was a hit of course because I'm a little girl in a dress with a big flower on my head. I made some noises during the service but was pretty good. Then I slept through the luncheon so my mom and dad could eat.

8 weeks

I am now 8 weeks old! I eat great still and sleep awesome. My just painted my own bedroom so I should be moving in there this week! :) My mom can't wait to decorate it. I am smiling so much more and melt my mom's heart when she sees me smile first thing in the morning. I like to smile at my brother being silly too. Once in awhile I will give my dad a smile. I've been out shopping a lot and to a parade in Essex last week. Tomorrow I get to meet my Uncle Joel and then hopefully remember him when I see him in 3 weeks again when I fly for the first time to Minnesota. Then I'll get to meet lots and lots of my mom's family. I just met my Aunt Kristin who lives in Florida. Grandma Mariann has a cute picture of us that mom has to get a copy of. Only 4 more weeks of having my mom as my all day and night caregiver. :(

6 weeks

How can I be 6 weeks old?! Wow. My mom tells me I'm such a good girl. I eat good and sleep good too. I'm awake more now and started to smile. I even make a few coos now and then which really gets my parents excited. I like watching my crazy brother do his "tricks", it keeps my eyes going and me entertained, even though my mom yells at him. Tomorrow I have my first real big outing. It's my cousin Lleyton's christening. So I get to see more family. Since I'm the only girl and the newest I'm sure everyone will want to hold me. Then on Monday I will get to meet my Uncle Joel. He's flying in to go to a Giants game and then I'll get to see him again at Christmas. Then it's Thanksgiving on Thurs. What a busy week. I'm tired already.

Dressed up

Mom put me in a little skirt to go to a birthday party last weekend. She tried putting a headband on me but I kept rubbing my head and making it come off.

Butterfly Garden/Yankee Candle

Monday morning we went on an adventure with my brother, mom, and grandma to the Butterfly Garden and Yankee Candle in MA. I slept pretty much the whole time but I'm told butterflies landed on me and lots on grandma. Mattingly didn't like them flying so close to him so he kept saying "let's get outta here". Then we went to Yankee Candle. It was a huge place. Santa and Mrs.Clause were even there. I'll have to go back when I'm older so I can enjoy it a little more.
